Wiesel

Wiesel (Weasel) Armoured Weapons Carrier. It is a light air-transportable armoured fighting vehicle developed for the German Airborne troops when it became apparent they lacked heavy weapons.
It is similar to early scouting Tankettes in size and funtion. Just enough armouring against small arms fire and machine guns.
Crew: Up to 3 people fit inside.


There are several variations in service;
Armed with a 20mm Autocannon (pictured).
TOW Anti-Tank missile.
Ambulance.
Mortar carrier.
Mine Sweeper.
etc.

This one bears the paint scheme of the ISAF mission.
