Missouri and Arizona by MelvWolfe Missouri and Arizona by MelvWolfe
A view from the bridge of the USS Missouri, looking upon the memorial site of the USS Arizona, the latter was sunk by the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. It now rests infront of the USS Missouri museum ship.

I was honored to see a range test of her guns. WOW how impressive. you could feel the concussion in your chest from 2 miles out. Much respect (but not to much) to all the people who faced her in battle, the fear must have been overwhelming. After the impact of the shells on the earth the ground would shutter for miles. I like how it is pointing over the Arizona as if it is guarding the fallen.

The ship where the war began for the United States and the ship where it ended. Very symbolic! :D
